Privacy
The legally binding privacy policy for DayBloq is published at DayBloq Privacy Policy. This page is a plain-language map of the two surfaces people confuse: the app and this website.
The app
Journal entries — colors, notes, stickers on a day — are stored locally on your device. DayBloq is not a social network and does not require an account to keep a Year in Pixels. The free app may show ads (banner and occasional full-screen ads with a countdown). Optional Coin packs and Premium go through the store (Google Play / Apple).
Local storage means we are not sitting on your mood log in a cloud dashboard. It also means you should keep your own backups if you switch phones. See the FAQ for coins, ads, and Premium.
This website
daybloq.com is a marketing site. It may collect:
- Analytics and speed data (including Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights).
- Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags used for measurement and conversions.
- Messages you send through the contact form or email subscribe box (processed by Web3Forms).
Do not put journal contents into the contact form if you want them to stay only on your phone.
